There two elements in leadership: Management and Character! There must be a leadership before management. why? 
because "Leadership is about direction and the management is about get things done."

berat tapi remeh mungkin buat beberapa orang, ledership itu mengarahkan! arah keluarga, arah karir, arah perusahaan, arah negara, arah hidup.. *arah cinta didelete.. haha :)*

there a quote:

"A leader has to make a decision right or wrong but not making a decision is the biggest fault of the leader."

yap, if you ever blame someone who make a bad decision, you're no better than him.. so jangan pernah bangga dengan archeivement "ga pernah salah" itu tanda lw ga pernah berkaca ato bahkan lebih buruk lw ga pernah ngapa-ngapain! *ngaca rin ngaca!.. hahaha :p*

berikut 6 styles leadership yang gw dapet dari literatur:

There are 6 styles of leadership that have to be executed and we have to mastered it.

Ø    Coercive          : forces everyone without giving reasons

Ø    Authoritative    : forces everyone but still looking for legal justification

Ø    Affiliative         : togetherness and taking part.

Ø    Democrative    : participation.

Ø    Acsetting         : the sub ordinaries love to be dared

Ø    Coaching         : teaching the sub ordinaries

We will use it depends on it situation, people, position. Each of style have different effect.

hmmm... the point is try to become the person that visible to the company and make yourself needed by the company and it will be lighten up your way to the top.
